Sponsor licence compliance, off your desk
Every sponsored worker's records, permission dates and duty evidence in one place — so a gap surfaces to you before it surfaces to anyone else.

UK-held · Human-confirmed · Fully logged
Kept current, per sponsored worker
No renewal countdown: sponsor licences stopped needing renewal on 6 April 2024. Home Office reporting windows run in working days from events only you can date — so they are shown as facts to check against, never as countdowns.
Three steps, no implementation project
Your company number maps the statutory deadlines every company owes.
One record per person. Upload the documents you hold — key dates are extracted, the original stays attached.
Permission expiries and repeat right to work checks, per person, with the evidence trail behind each.
Priced by sponsored workers
Three tiers, one module. Move between tiers as your count changes — the calendar stays free.

Why sponsor licence compliance is unlike your other obligations
Most compliance obligations announce themselves. A filing deadline arrives, you file, the obligation is discharged, and the clock resets. Sponsor licence duties do not work that way.
They are continuous, they attach to individual people rather than to the company as a whole, and the thing that puts a licence at risk is usually not a missed date at all — it is drift. A sponsored worker's salary changes. A role changes. Someone's start date moves. Each of those is small in isolation, and none of them generates a reminder from anybody.
The forcing function is that this drift is visible from outside. Sponsored worker data and PAYE payroll data describe the same employment relationship from two directions, and they are cross-referenced. A discrepancy between what was sponsored and what payroll actually shows is not something an employer can see from inside their own process — but it is exactly what a compliance review looks at.
That is what makes sponsorship a tracking problem rather than a filing problem. The work is keeping an accurate, current, evidenced picture of every sponsored worker, so that a gap surfaces to you before it surfaces to anyone else.
What it does not do yet
Stating this plainly is more useful to you than a longer feature list.
- It does not connect to the Sponsor Management System. Reporting events to the Home Office remains something you do yourself, in the SMS. Dulycore does not submit anything.
- It does not carry SMS reporting day-counts as tracked deadlines. The reporting windows for sponsored worker and organisational events are published by the Home Office, but guidance is not statute — so the module does not present them as countdowns. Widely repeated figures circulate; none of them is adopted here as a tracked date.
- It does not carry out right to work checks or identity verification. It tracks when they are due and holds what you captured. The check itself is yours.
- It is not a substitute for immigration advice. The module organises facts and dates. It does not tell you whether a particular arrangement is lawful.
Where Dulycore does not have a verified position, it says so rather than presenting a confident number. That principle is why the gaps above are on this page instead of being quietly absent from it.
Asked before adding it
Does Dulycore file or report for me?
Dulycore prepares; you confirm. Nothing is submitted without a human sign-off. Reporting to the Home Office stays yours, in the sponsor management system — Dulycore never submits anything.
Will you remind me to renew my licence?
No — sponsor licences stopped needing renewal on 6 April 2024. Outside the UK Expansion Worker and Scale-up routes a licence has no expiry date, so a renewal countdown would be a reminder for an obligation that no longer exists.
Are the reporting windows tracked as countdowns?
No. They run in working days from events only you can date, and they rest on Home Office guidance rather than statute. The module shows them as facts to check your position against — never as computed deadlines.
Which tier do I need?
Count your sponsored workers: Team covers 1–5, Growth 6–20, Scale 21 and over. Move between tiers as the count changes — nothing else changes.
